Hiring private investigators, private detectives, phone 1300 966 103, email inquiries@theprivategroup.com.au or 24/7 online form Investigator. Free Quotes. Discretion Assured. Ex-police and experienced private investigators for surveillance investigations, a background check, factual investigations or missing persons inquiries. There are information tabs on the left.

Generally you need to have an objective and some information, so we may supply a free quote. If you elect to proceed we will arrange for you to sign a Privacy Agreement and a Permission to Make Inquiries form, as well as acknowledge our Terms and Conditions.
For surveillance we will ask you to complete a Surveillance Profile on the subject, and supply as much information as possible including photographs (where available).
At this time we may advise of other suggestions which may assist you.
We recommend that all relationship inquiries contact is conducted using a new, free, email account, not linked to your name, for contact (as a security measure); a free gmail or hotmail account is useful.

We first ask that you allow as much lead time as possible, when requesting our services.  We need to conduct our preparations.

However, where there is an urgent need, and we can do it, we will make the utmost effort to meet your request.

When we quote for a job we are allowing for incidentals such as travel time, accommodation, supervision, vehicle hire (where necessary), admin support, interrogation of computer systems, the occasional need for two up surveillance or a wheel man, false tracks and false starts. We will advise if we believe there is a need to allow for two up or more surveillance, when quoting. Some area's such as airports need at least two, if not more, staff.
Whilst we supply a professional service, we can never guarantee the outcome of an investigation. We may believe that your matter has merit, or that your suspicions appear to have grounds but there will always be an element of luck in our operations.  We may not achieve our goals within the original time frames, due to matters beyond our control.

Please try and avoid the pitfalls. Clients do something like threaten to get a private investigator onto the subject of our inquiries, before deciding to act. Whilst this can be counterproductive, we can sometimes make use of it, if we know. Please tell us of any conversations similar to this. We also need to know if there have been previous attempts at surveillance, or other difficulties.
As we try to keep you advised, and give you as much control as practicable, please avoid using the first small piece of information you learn. This may threaten the whole operation.
This can be especially difficult in relationship matters. Where we find the information you seek, please consider your actions carefully. What you do with the information is up to you, not anyone else. Any decision you make should be the right decision for you. No one can tell you that you should leave, or stay. It is your decision. No two people are the same, what one will accept, another will find unacceptable and another will work through it. Some will take a long term view and make preparations to leave, without saying anything.
To ensure maintenance of our professional service delivery, we need as much information as possible; the better briefed the operative the higher the chances of a successful outcome. This will assist you receive the best outcome for your investigation.
