Family Law investigations, experienced private investigators, phone 1300 966 103. We have surveillance operatives, experienced in family law and custody investigations. Ex-police and experienced investigators. Free quotes. Email pi@theprivategroup.com.au , 24/7 inquiry form Investigator.

Our involvement in Family Law investigations is generally where there is concerns about the behavior of a parent, the living conditions, compliance with an order condition or abuse of a child and yes, using a Private Investigator is legal. It is also an indication of your level of concern.
Quite often our staff are utilised to covertly observe a subject whilst they have the child in their care (Covert surveillance).  We are also utilised to record meetings and handovers. We are utilised to make inquiries and check backgrounds (Factual enquiries). We are sometimes used to protect a party from the allegations they expect the other side to raise.
We are independent. We are paid no matter what we observe. We can provide evidence for a court. We generally do not know the parties involved. We are occasionally utilised by concerned family members who just want to check up and see what's happening with an estranged relative.
No two requests are alike. You are not the first, you won't be the last, this is something we do.
Discretion assured. Please note that the outcome of any investigation cannot be known until it is completed; there are times when a particular outcome can be expected, however, no investigator should ever offer you a guarantee of that result before the investigation is complete.
